REACH detection

REACH is a European Union regulation concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and restriction of Chemicals. It came into force on 1st June 2007 and replaced a number of REACH Certification instructions:

"Registration, Evaluation, the Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals,; Chemicals Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and restrictions. This is the EU preventive management of all chemicals entering their markets and regulations, will be formally implemented on June 1, 2007.

REACH for certification purposes:

Protection of human health and the environment, to maintain and improve the competitiveness of the EU chemical industry; to increase the transparency of chemical information; reduce vertebrate trial; consistent with the EU's international obligations under the WTO framework; real sense, REACH in the European Union created within a unifiedsystem of chemicals management, enabling enterprises to follow the unifying principle for the production of newchemicals and their products.

REACH certification:

- Registered (the Registration): The annual production or import volume more than 1 ton of chemicals need to be registered, more than 10 tons of annual production or import volume of chemical substances should be submitted to theChemical Safety Report;

- Assessment (Evaluation): including file assessment and material evaluation. File assessment of the integrity and consistency of verification submit the registration dossier. The material assessment is to confirm the risks of chemical substances harmful to human health and the environment;

- Permission (Authorization): the production and import of chemical substances with certain hazardous properties and cause people attach great importance to authorization, including the CMR (carcinogenic, mutagenic and biological toxic substances), PBT (persistent, bio-enrichment and toxicity of chemical substances) and vPvB (very persistent, highly bio-rich product of chemical substances), etc.;

- Limit (the Restriction): If you believe that any substance or product configuration, product manufacturing, the market or application of the risk to human health and the environment can not be adequately controlled, will limit the production orimport in the EU
