Composite material is widely used in aerospace, automotive industry, manufacturing and medicine and other fields because it has thermal stability, high strength and stiffness, fatigue resistance performance and many other advantages. and the new requirement of technology and products of high demand, but the customer demands for high product and process understanding is different, so fracture, crack, blasting plate, corrosion failure occur frequently on layered composite material, which is often cause the responsibility of the dispute between supplier and user, so lead to a serious economic loss. At present, more and more enterprises and units have a comprehensive understanding for composite material failure analysis, try to find the root cause of product failure and its mechanism by means of failure analysis, then improve product quality, process improvement and responsibility of arbitration etc.
